My brother was a professional photographer until he died in 2005, there were so many negatives in storage (1000s) that sadly, lack of space dictated they were destroyed. However, it is a long shot an...

Re: The Oliver Whales Story

Hi Terry, great photo and I hope someone will be able to shed more light on it. Interesting that all the allwins have a top flash/pediment so maybe the date is not quite into the 1960s yet. Don't usually associate top flashes with these sort of machines. Also, on the Shefras stand next door you can ...

Carters on TV

Happened to notice on TV last night that a programme is being screened this Thursday 17th, on Channel 5 at 8.30pm called Fairground Attractions. It is a series taking a behind-the-scenes look at 3 families who have a long history of fairground business and operate travelling fairs and shows. Carters...

Pass Go and keep straight on to Coventry Bandito. You can see, touch and fully inspect the lots at this auction knowing full well you will not be ripped off.

And all this cr*p makes the Coventry auctions a worthwhile visit; you can look, touch, try and make up your own mind without any dodgy photos or misleading descriptions.

Long may it last.

Interesting.......... the trigger and adjacent plate and also the coin return are all identical to those used on the BMCo machines, I wonder if there is any significance, could this be BMCo?

How did you photograph the face without getting your reflection in the glass, is this via photoshop or similar, or a 100000000000mm lens !LOOK!
