What's the 3rd Payout cup for (Mills Slot machine)?

Not sure if it's been discussed here before, or someone else has come across this picture, but while searching the internet for hours the other night looking for Mills Golden Nugget images, I came across the following image. I'm puzzled what the 3rd payout cup on the bottom left does. Any ideas? Just curious, that's all.

Coin Return?

Guess yo're right. Just never seen one there on other Mills machines.

Looks like a Buckley to me and 'yes', not seen one with this coin cup. As BP says, probably a coin return, as the only other thing it could be would be a Gold Award payout, but these are usually on the right hand side on other machines.

The handle and the castings are identical to the Buckley Bandit I'm taking to Coventry this year.
