Laughing Sailor but who's the maker?

I recently found this Laughing Sailor but I'm not sure how to tell who the maker is. I apologize for the poor pictures as I have not taken ownership yet. It looks like a Modern Enterprises machine but there seems to be a lot of re-creations out there. Thanks.

Yes original, Modern Enterprises walnut case, Len Insull Jnr. doll, original record player. Can't see cams properly, but look slightly different arrangement from the norm - nice.
