cig vendor

Post by arrgee »

Saw this last week in an old shed sited in an attraction in Cornwall (Hidden Valley Discovery Park)
Not my bag but wondered if anyone recognised the machine/make. Interesting that it vends change as well, I assume the coins were in the packet of cigs.
Apologies for poor pics, only had my phone with me.

this machine would not be that early if the (seemingly) original prices are correct, Ive been trying to trace the price of cigarettes (well it is raining and Ive nothing to do for 5 mins) and I think this would be between 1955 and 1960 (nearer to 55 I think) if they are packs of 20 (not likely) and around 1965 in they are tens(most likely)
