An odd one on Ebay

This ugly beast is a bit of an odd one in many ways, running on 3d (very rare), very old style number reel strips, clearly made with Mills in mind (but simple minded at best) and the name....Gloria ?? I don't give machines names myself but I guess it's OK, but Gloria !!
