Finally some more progress. The gun stand is almost finished - just waiting on the nickel plating to come back then I can move onto the target section,.

Forgive the shitty photos - I don't know what I'm doing wrong - the photo of the step is the only photo that actually shows it as red with speckles.

Decided to change my plan a little then nickel plating is taking longer than expected and the warm weather won't be around for long so decided to paint the cabinet.

Originally planned to fully strip out the cabinet but figured I can only paint the cab when it's nice and warm the mechs can be done any time so I stripped it down externally and painted the cab.

Well the game is almost done. Speckles have been applied and the black metal tube has been wrinkle finished in black. Just need my son to be home to bolt the game while I change them over. Also waiting on the nickel plating and some stencils for the side art, then it’s onto the internals.
