Well it looks well made, but that's all I like about it really. Made/revamped by Lottery King Ltd.

Looks like a Terrence Powell, Fantasia Leisure machine. Don't think they exist now although TPG does.

Pretty sure TF is correct that it's a TPG/Fantasia manufactured item, either for or under licence.
These machines were manufactured with varying componentry to enable a standard machine to be customised for the client, be they seaside/internet/lottery/pub/club/individual etc.
I think one of the variants had thermal printer payout so you took the slip to an attendant/landlord for cash payout or prize etc.
