Unusual metal sign for a Wulff Tivoli

Someone asked me to take a look at what I think is a Wulff "Tivoli" which has the mech still in place but all the ironmongery removed from the front in an aborted attempt to restore it years ago. Clearly it has been through the usual UK conversion, but I've never seen this cast metal top sign before, and running on 6d as well. Seems quite a lot of work for a cheap conversion. Anyone seen the like before?

Yes have seen UK made panels similar, as you say done as part of the refurb for U.K. use. I have an Alpine with complete U.K. made coin panel casting on New Penny.....
