Harper Standard Cigarette machine

Hi all I have just found this Harper Standard Cigarette machine. No keys but managed to get the back off and then removed the locks. Inside after cleaning out the cobwebs and dead spiders 1 found an interesting note on how to keep your machine clean. Here are a couple of pics, will add some more as I progress.

A very striking piece you have there (no pun intended). I'll watch its rehabilitation with interest.
