So after a slightly longer time than expected I've finished work on the win a cig allwin.
I decided to have the parts re chromed and was quoted a 10 day turnaround. This became a 60 day turn around as they eventually sent the finished parts to the wrong customer and then stopped talking to me. I finally got them back this week. Just need a 'pennies only' sign to add.
I had to change the locks on this as there was no cash cover at the bottom and the top lock was damaged. I also went off piste with the new graphics! I love the oak case and waxed it - while not entirely authentic I just much prefer the look to varnish.
I'm probably not keeping this one as I now have my shed load of other dead allwins to work on which might monopolise some space!
