Re: Sailor wineasy
There is one in the Wineasies list in the Arena, possibly posted by Bob. I am sure PM will confirm or one of our remaining Aussie colleagues, but one must assume Australian by source.
Looks cool, if slightly creepy.

Cool game, and nice paperwork GM.
So were these originally all-mechanical? Some versions of the sister machine (Steamer Wineasy) seem to have solenoid payout.

Re: Sailor wineasy
I found these designs along with a ton of others one day back around 1997. I was researching a vending machine of my own that I was sure was locally made. It stated Patent and Registered Design, but no number. Bob Klepner thought they only wrote that to scare others away, and the Perth Patent office were sure my machine would be American. So I ended up starting at the beginning of the microfiche for vending in Aust. Started in 1887 or so, and my machine was the 4th registered design in 1930! I found a lot of unknown machines this way, then went to other headings like amusement etc. and found many lost designs. Bob was staggered with how much I'd uncovered in one day's work, while he'd only ever thought to look up known numbers or names of makers etc.
PM, your photo of the SS LUNA version at auction in the UK is the first of either model I remember without a payout knob, so it appears some were made with electrical payout.
