Those are for the Philip Shefras Jackpot allwin. I don't think we have a scan of the Whales top. There are a couple of examples, showing what it looks like in this thread.

Thanks for the help. I finally got the Jackpot machine so all the help wasn't for nothing... I was taking a gamble since it was on Craigslist.....
