JP Steer-a-Ball topflash

Scanned and retouched image of a JP Steer-a-Ball top. Someone has sawn off the top of the traffic lights - (see small image). The red/amber/green "light bulbs" are wooden balls, dissected, painted and glued onto the plywood.
