Dropcase Games
Dropcase Games are defined here as those in which coins are used as projectiles and fall under the influence of gravity towards the winning targets.

Re: Skill Games
I restored this machine about 15 years ago (hence the "superb condition"
) and sold it to the vendor who put it in last Sunday's auction. Around the same time I bought the sister machine, Sky Divers. Both had remains of grey fleck paint on the wood (probably factory original) but I couldn't live with it and stripped them back to the pine. I've not seen another before or since, but curiously they both got back together for a few hours at the Coventry sale.
It seems there were at least four versions of this game - Beachcomber, Sky Divers, Penny Drop and Pools Scoop - see: Cromptons Wall Machine flyer

Silver Coin
Here is a video I have made of a Norwegian, approx 1978-version, of a flick a coin-machine named Silver Coin:
Dennis Jezzard: Tap a fruit dropcase / flick a coin-machine
This is a Dennis Jezzard " Tap a fruit" dropcase / flick a coin-machine. Probably made late 1970`s.
