New Royal Mail prices
As part of my business I print and sell classic motorcycle posters.
It used to cost about £2.70 to send my 63cm tube out First Class UK. Under the new figures its a MEDIUM parcel and now costs £5.65. If I send to Europe it only costs £3.50 or £4.50 to pretty much anywhere else in the world!! Wheres the logic?????

Hi, I have also noticed the vast increase in Royal Mail postage costs 
However a courier was recommended to me as an alternative, which came in at 40% less than Royal Mail, The company is called "My Hermes" definitely worth a look at

Yes, I have swapped to them for a lot of my mail now and it's trackable too! My tube costs £3 with them if I drop it off at their shop. I have had pretty good results with Hermes.
