Cash & Carry

To prove that panic buying is a knee jerk reaction, I've just popped into the nations largest wholesale/cash & carry. The one that small supermarkets and corner shops buy their stock from.
Honestly no need to hoard, any shop can refill its shelves so long as the general public crave for Buxtons water, accompanied by tomato sauce and polystyrene cups all washed down with toothpicks.
And so much time to be saved, for the shopkeeper. No need to try and work out their profit margin as the prices they pay have been hiked up to what the public were paying a month ago. So it's simple, there is no profit for them unless they hike the prices up as well and then get accused of profiteering.
Happy days

Supermarkets have made the smartest move. So not to encourage waste, all two for one offers have been removed. !!IDEA!!

Sainsburys said they wouldn't sell Easter eggs as they were not essential items, truth was they couldn't be sure they wouldn't be left with large numbers of a product they cant shift after Easter because people are not going to visit their families this Easter (yeah right ) then yesterday after seeing Tesco bursting at the seams with Easter eggs ...they relented as a favour to their customers!!

For two months I have been quite overt in displaying my displeasure with arses acting in a cavalier manner regarding social distancing in the Co-op.
So I was pleased when I realised I'm a lot more tolerant when it's me doing the arsing.
Having entered the shop I employed the hand sanitiser. Instead of a gob of jelly it dispensed a fart ..... a cloud of sanitisation enveloped my head and stung the back of my nose.
I arrived at the back of the shop (near the milk and eggs) when I engaged my sneeze muscle and chose rapid fire sequence.
The sternutation, of semi-autonomous convulsive air expulsions from the lungs through the nose and mouth reached its 5th cycle before everyone else in the shop threw social distancing to the wind and all tried to exit through the front door of the shop at the same time.
Seems I was the only one to see the humorous side and I laughed with gusto at this harmless jape.

BP !!ESCAPE!!
