I'd like to let your members know that D'Aleman Publications have republished Nic Costa's long out of print Automatic Pleasures in paperback.
We will also be publishing the slot machine articles he wrote for the World's Fair.

That is good news. Automatic Pleasures and Arcades & Slot Machines are the vintage British slot enthusiasts' Old and New Testament.

I'm particularly excited to hear the World's Fair Coin Slot articles are to be issued as a book. They contain much detail not included in Automatic Pleasures and have previously only been available to those who subscribed to Coin Slot in the 1980s (or obtained bootleg copies).

Daleman Publishing say it is probably a couple of months away from production and has a working title of More Automatic Pleasures. It will include facsimiles of all the original articles, approx 65, as well as reproductions of some early catalogue pages.
