Over-restored Elevenses

Post by steinslots »

I found this advert on the Pinball Heaven website.

As much as I appreciate the amount of work that has gone into the restoration I do feel it has been "Over Restored":

http://www.pinballheaven.co.uk/shop/boo ... -2062.html

They do sell a few pattern Bryans parts, which are manufactured through their suppliers of pattern pinball parts, such as the colored backflash, locks, ball bearings and score decals through their ebay shop: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/PinballHeavenS ... d=12294735

I suppose it's worth a try, if only to test the old adage about one, born and minute.

It also pads out their website a tad.

Agreed, it is over restored - looks just like a repro.
I have many machines from the US and not one of them looks that new!
Each to his own, but I think 90% of collectors agree that it is a little too bling for most on here.

This machine has been on ebay for months......... At this asking price, you would think the penny would have dropped by now. SkEpTiCaL

They must be taking the mickey. The pintable prices are beyond belief. I would have thought a brand new one would cost less than that. As for the Elevenses, my nearest offer would be £1500... LESS than their asking price.

Chris you are a mug if you paid anywhere near 1500 LESS than asking
The cabinet is made up yesterday
And I bet thee inside is too
Tell him to send you a picture of the numbers on the machine
That should confirm that bryans have never blessed there
Hands on this machine
