Unusual bandit I got for Christmas

My daughter bought me this unusual gift for Xmas. A 1967/68 Regal China limited edition Jim Beam whiskey decanter advertising "Harold's Club, Reno". Now you do see these for sale from time to time but what makes this one special is... it's never been opened! It still has the original sealed cap AND US government paper seal attached.

An unusual size for a whiskey bottle (4 fifths of a quart) and aged for an unusual "110 months".
Question is... do I open it or not
