A Bit of Imagination
NOTE:- This is not for the purist.
Earlier in the year I bought a 'Mutomatic Ltd., London', shooting gallery front.
I tried to find out more of what the machine looked like, to no avail.
So I put my imagination to work!!
I was thinking of making a Pussy Shooter, then I saw a Clown shooter face at EH auction, but unfortunately I was outbid. So I came up with this original idea, what about a Bird Shooter?
I made the cabinet from a recycled drop leaf table, the marquee was made from a cast iron garden welcome ornament, which I cut the spike and filled the 'welcome' word with body filler.
I then needed a target, and spotted a vintage shooting game with birds which I affixed to playing field.
The end result turned out like this
As this is for amusement only, I attached a pay out tray which returns your 1d after loading balls.
If anyone has a photo of what this machine would have looked I would very much appreciate it.

I'll try and make a video over Christmas, my wife loves playing it, but needs a bit more practice hitting the target!!

Photo from the Braithwaite Arcades book page 77. This machine now resides in Los Angeles.

Thank you Gameswat, I hunted high and low for a photo and could not find anything on this machine.
