we appreciate that requests for parts naturally arise when discussing restoration, etc. so we exercise discretion (as BP has done).

As for such requests not getting seen - they do appear as the latest posts in the main body of the forum as soon as they're placed in the Market. But forum topics sink rapidly into obscurity beneath newer posts, whereas the Wanted adverts can easily be found on the Market page (not unlike the Market Place page on your own site, Coppin).
