Re: Peerless Enterprises Ltd.
The Peerless Playdium arcade still exists and can be seen very briefly (7:56) in this charming nostalgic home move of a Brandon Estate, Southwark, day trip to Canvey Island.
Peerless Enterprises Ltd. produced the well-known Peerless Pictures all-steel 3D viewer and were also involved with pinball and working models. They were based at 111 - 113 Upper Tooting Road, London. Perhaps they had some stake in the Playdium at Canvey?

Slight digression but I recently picked up one of the Williams Soccer pinballs pictured. Not got it going yet but it’s next on the list….
Re: Peerless Enterprises Ltd.
Interesting a member 3 months after this post Mason posted about 4 machines he had from Canvey Peerless Playdium as well as a fortune teller. He posted a few times on Facebook as well more recently try to move on. He was local to me to recently I popped over to have a look and found out they owned Peerless Playdium. Story goes they bought the Peerless business which explained the address change from Tooting.
Could not resist machines from Canvey, so have four Peerless machines now. Always wanted one as like the art deco look. Plugged in first one after a bit of oil and worked. Just need a bit of care on cabinets

Glad you got one working! How did the others come along? We still have the fortune teller. Would love to have it restored by someone at some point in the future.
Re: Peerless Enterprises Ltd.
I used to visit Canvey and the Peerless Playdium amongst others in its heyday. I used to love it until they built that big wall on the front. I do feel very privileged to have been there in the early 70’s. Such a shame there aren’t more photos of the arcade though.
