What an excellent chap. Very 'old school' and a delight to observe. I particularly enjoyed the lesson in catching and filleting a sea bass. Just like my Dad taught me nearly 50 years ago. Shame I was not so good at learning how to catch 'em, though.

He's even invented a simple tool to turn £10 notes into £5 notes! What a time saver! I've been doing this the hard way for years.
