Award Card for Sega Bandit

Anybody got an award card for my Sega'ish bandit. I need it to show the usual fruit payouts but plums on 14, bells 18 and Melons and Bars on JACKPOT. Somebody was going to sort me out but im not getting anywhere with receiving this. Thanks, malc
