CAN ANYONE HELP?

I have recently come across this old egg vending machine, which will be perfect for my vintage collection in my arcade, if I can get it working.

I am missing the top piece which sits the eggs. Does anyone know where, or if I can purchase one, and any further information about this machine?

I would really appreciate your comments.
