Bally Money Honey handle

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me how to remove the handle from this machine? I need to remove it to replace it/rechrome it. I just can't work out how it comes out Hope someone out there can help.

Remove the mechanism, and on the inside of the case, in the middle of the handle ratchet, is a long bolt that's threaded into the handle. Unscrew the bolt and the handle and round cover just fall off. The rest of the handle mechanism stays securely in place.

It can be rechromed with the black ball in place - it comes to no harm.

Alternatively, keep pulling it very quickly, like this fellow - eventually it will fall off

If the handle mech bolt is broken it's not the easiest thing in the world to remove. If you're having trouble, let me know as I've done 100s of these things.
