Yup, that's very nice. Oliver Whales I would say, probably early 1960s

Edited to add...... It's the exact same one which is currently up for sale on eBay Austria (look at the wallpaper in the background) item number 6240617096 and it has already attracted a bid of £533 so if anyone has one of these, you know what to do with it!

I used to own that Austrian one, sold it on ebay a couple of years ago. I remember being a bit cheesed off that my "post to UK only" auction was won by an Austrian. Had a load of hassle shipping it and ended up losing a fair amount of money on the shipping cost... more fool me!

A fair machine but I recognise the damage to the backflash on the rhs and you can see it's also lifting over the cups.
