I know that Bryans machines are easy to change in terms of accepting and paying out coins but are the payout slides different? From a distance they all look the same!
There are two different thicknesses of coin slide. The thinner one dispenses 1 D the thicker one dispenses 2 D. By combining these two slides and altering the bracket which attaches to the maze at the rear of the mechanism you can enable the machine to make the various payout combinations.
Forgot to mention, the Bryans allwins came with one of each of these slides; the second one was usually attached to the back of the mech board by a red screw.
