Win a Kit-Kat

Hi All,
Today I finally got around to liberating the split/tired backflash from my Oliver Whales Win a Kit-Kat. I can scan and retouch the image but any tips after that will be much appreciated, especially regarding lamination etc.
This will be my first serious restoration. I guess this is the classic "one job leads to another" situation. Please bear with me I have a feeling you'll see me here often over the next few months/years!
