Exclusive Automatics - Pin up Girl. Any info??
I have had this machine for a while but know very little about it or the company. If anybody can shed any light on it I'd be very grateful!

I love these machines. The action is quite surprising - when the flat image splits into two revolving drums and reforms as one of three pin-ups.
The roulette game style is a clue to origin. This machine started life as a French "Girouette" game in a fluted fruitwood case with carved pediment, circa 1914 by Pierre Bussoz. It seems that many (maybe most) were exported to the UK probably around the 1930s and revamped into oak cases. The token payout was changed to Pennies and a top-flash and larger knurled turning handle was fitted.
I've seen two sister machines to this - also French roulette conversions. I don't know what UK company was responsible. Any suggestions?
Yours looks like an exceptionally smart example.
