Jennings Tic Tac Toe award card needed

I am looking for a Tic Tac Toe award card for the Jennings Club Chief. If anyone has an image of one they don't mind sharing or putting in Resources it would be much appreciated. I have looked and don't see one in there.

The one I posted is not mine it was just a picture. The one on ebay is just a print laminated which is what I want but I would rather it went into the Resources here instead of me buying one. It's for my Jennings Chinese front Paul - the same as yours, but I don't have the correct award card. I could make one but it won't scan for some reason and I can't get a really good photo of it.
