Mills Extraordinary floor-standing case

Hi,
I am looking for a template of a wooden free-standing case for the Mills, Art Deco in design from floor to about 4-5 ft incorporating the machine. I am also still looking for Mills slides on old penny 3,5,5,10,10,14,14,18,18,20. If anyone can help, thanks.
