9-Cup Nostalgic - Keys?

I finally managed to buy an Allwins type machine. Its the Nostalgic 9-Cup one (am I right in thinking these are recent repros??).
Unfortunately it has no keys!! Is it easy to get these things open with the wifes hair clip like you see in the movies!!!!!!!!
Or am I gonna have to drill the lock!!!

any help or advice much appreciated.
