Sr5i coin mech's ?

I have a Skill ball bingo deluxe machine with a Sr5i coin mech.
As its a home machine the doors are unlocked and we take coins out of the mech and pass them through the coin slot to operate the machine.
Now over a period of time its does not pay out the full amount as it thinks there is not enough money in the system.
How do we overcome this?
Seen bits about dumping the hopper ?? and re filling, how do we do this?

I used to have one of those but vaguely remember how to do it, there should be a refill key slot and you will need a refill key for it, when you turn the key if I remember correctly there should be a menu for volume etc also for checking the hopper and emptying it, you have to empty it twice so it knows its empty and after that it will fill as you play and when it reached £125 it will divert them to the cash box, if there is no refill key it could be a push button in the cashbox area somewhere

I have a set of keys and remember something about a button in the cash box area, so will go off and explore.
