Perhaps Mr J son of Peter, honorary English man of this parish could help?
After all he supplied the little film that Mel used on his website.

Alternatively perhaps he could change the subject completely and advise if he ever had any experience with The Century Series? My particular (off topic) interest is The Lockheed F-104 which totally captivated me as my childhood was lived alongside a USAF Vietnam training base in Scotland (I was there when Pvt. E. Presley stopped over) and the F-104 played a major part in my growing up especially distracting me from women. Although I've done my best to make up for that since, I would still go to any lengths to get involved with a Lockheed Martin Starfighter. There's no way I could say the same for a Bryans Ant Viewer. :NBG:

Try as I may, I cannot put the F-104 and the Bryans Ant Viewer into a composite analogy. For my money, the F-4 Phantom was the dream machine. Big and wicked with those drooping dihedral wings, the Phantom was the aviator's version of the Grim Reaper. One of my best friends had 135 combat missions in Viet Nam in the F-4.

My ant viewer is currently wrapped in storage. I will break it out in the next several days to see if I can answer the current question.

I suspect the answer to The Bryans F-4 Viewer indeed resides in the U.S. of Americaland with you Big J, which is somewhat mildly amusing seeing as most of us here live within no more than a couple of hours driving of Kegworth.
Indeed many of us live no more than 30 miles from it.

The McDonnel Douglas Phantom may well have been superior Mr Peterson. Yet I never saw one, let alone watched one break up over my Primary school when the 19 year old ex crop sprayer from Scransonville Illinois succeeded in cartwheeling one by treading on the loud pedal and jerking the "Jesus Christ!" stick back too fast. He did survive although the F-104 didn't. In fact we heard later that his parachute had hardly started to deploy before arrangements were being made for his return Stateside to take up duties flying a mop and bucket. The damage plexiglass and pointy bits of aluminium can do to a Victorian school roof had to be seen to be believed. :o

If you would like to see one in action BP, you still can ,The last time I saw an F4 still in service was.....Last year near Cheongju South Korea, North Korea must be real worried that their friends across the border have 3 squadrons of F4(E) 's ready to do battle, if you go quick you might get there just in time :!:

Hmmmm? .... Let me think, travel all the way to S. Korea to witness an aircraft that is not the one I shared my childhood with?
Actually I think I'd rather corner the market in Ant Viewers.

PS - For the sake of general world safety Coppin could you list the places you've been to in the world just recently so we can start aiming nukes at them? I hear Iceland is getting a bit uppity at the moment. :!?!:

I guess you won't be aiming it then. Lincoln is East Midlands, although I myself am in East Midlands.
How did you manage to find S. Korea? Or where you looking for Iceland?

Looking nice.
It was reported in the local paper that there was a hole in the fence of our local nudist colony. Apparently the Police are queuing up to look into it.

My copy of Avebury's 'Ants Bees and Wasps' arrived this morning, as recommended in the Bryan's instruction leaflet.
If anyone manages to obtain a workable example, I should be able to help with staff recruitment and working conditions!

Topic moved & merged - Site Admin.

Is anyone watching the Bryan's 'Live Peep Show' on eBay?
I'm not sure what these bring. Still has the instructions with it.
