I have a repro Mills 6d badge you can have... It's cast in Alloy... and will need either polishing or enamel painting.
Also it will require a tapped hole in the back to fasten with plate to the front casting (or glue in place will be easier).
If this is what you need?
Here is one that I fitted to my Hi-top years ago after polishing... Hard work but it looked nice.
