Best place to look for and buy??
Hi all.
Would anyone be willing to mention their favourite places to buy machines? Not after rare ones but can't seem to see any away from fleabay & Gumtree.
Cheers
John

I just mentioned the fact that I was looking to expand my collection on this very forum.
A big thank-you to everyone who responded, by the way.

Too many collectors buying and not enough people selling?
Is that really whats behind this?
I heard some collectors getting withdrawal symptoms due to the lack of auctions lately
although I only occasionally attend the auctions, I do love seeing whats for sale and the prices they make.
Bargains a thing of the past now?

I don't think bargains are a thing of the past.
What I think is not helpful is monthly auctions offering 3 decent machines plus 6 projects and another few boxes of associated crap. Multiply that by 12 and add it to that offered by those who see the value in supporting an organised Slots only auction yearly and you have a decent event to attend. Who wants to attend the former when the latter is better for buyers and vendors alike?

I'm selling most of mine - if anyone's in Australia, particularly Melbourne.
