Hi does anyone have a schematic diagram for a Callie Superior?

I'm not too hot on the working of a slot, forgive me if I sound stupid, but the coins keep getting stuck in the coin escalator, very hard for me to give an accurate discription as i'm not 100% sure what various parts are called or coded... if that makes sense?

As you can see I hope from the picture the coins are held and when the arm is pulled the pin (?) won't drop the coin (that doesn't even make sense to me when i read it)

Any paperwork / internet links or an info help or advise would be great
