Ruffler and Walker Try Your Grip

Post by jdintn »

Would someone be able to point me to the patent for a Ruffler and Walker Try Your Grip? I've seen a post that says the patent was found but searching the Patents section was not successful for me. Thanks.

It would also be very helpful if I could find photos of the insides. The only ones I found online were incomplete and of a non-functional machine. See https://www.home-alchemy.com/products/c ... stimulator

Hi Jdin, I don't remember ever seeing a Patent for that machine, and there is no info for it in the Braithwaite Arcades book. I think you might be confusing your 1950's era machine with the same named Barrett machine dating 1891, and the discovery of that Patent was written about in some posts.

The spring makes it always under pressure and when you grip the string let's the pressure off and the front dial goes a round.

Thanks for your help. Here are photos of the insides of my non-working machine.
