Hi Top Mechanism GA stamping

Post by grains »

Hi,

Recently purchased a Mills Hi Top 1d machine with 10 stop reels and the mechanism and base plate is stamped GA rather than MLB or SG which I have seen on my other mechs. Has anyone seen these markings before? I have included a few photo's.
Thanks

No response from others, as mentioned previously, I've not come across GA before, but a number of companies were doing their own versions of the Mills/Sega variant. Looks very Sega.... The reel bundle may be from an earlier machine.

Thanks Treefrog.
There was a Lion Head I saw few weeks ago with 10 stop reels that had the same GA stamping on the base plate and mech.
But other than that I've not seen anything else.

Interesting, I thought I wrote about some of these manufacturers along time ago and there were a number of foundries making parts for slot companies at the time and I cannot find it, unless someone knows the answer. May be worthwhile posting on the coinop forum in the US as there are a lot of US bandit knowledgeable people on there.
