Mutoscope Electric Travelling Crane

Does anybody have or know where to get the postcard size instructions that sits behind the "front/rear" position pointer?
Your help would be appreciated.

This is an image I have had on my hard drive for some time, not sure if it is the correct one?? but might help if you wanted to make your own.
