Hi all,

Wasn't sure who to contact about this. I paid for a subscription to arena on Saturday but have not had any email confirmation about it. I've tried logging in with my forum credentials but these don't work.

Any ideas?

Hi marktol, the same thing happened to me when I first subscribed to the Arena , just sit tight, and Mr Pennymachines, will get his spanners out and fix it for you, when he sees your post

Sorry about that. The Arena subscription software just ain't up to scratch. It seems to fail almost 5 times out of ten.

I've created your account, but because I don't have access to your Forum Password (it's encrypted) I've used your surname (all lower case) as your password. Your Username is the same.

If you want to make your passwords match, click here: https://pennymachines.co.uk/cgi-bin/adp ... changeinfo
and use your surname password to log in.
