Is the arena working? I can't log on. (I paid the king's ransom on 21/1/12)

Hi 13rebel,
Yes, it's one of the few bits still working... but I recently updated the Arena subscription process because it kept failing and needed integrating into a general membership system.
I'm afraid your account fell between the cracks of the new and old process...

You should now be able to log into the Arena using your Forum account - in fact, if you're logged in now, you should be able to click straight onto Arena content.
My apologies, I've added a couple of months subs. so you're good till 01/05/2013.

When you sign up should you have access to the arena instantly? or does it normally take a little while?

When you sign up for Full Membership, you get instant access to the Arena. I see you just added Full Membership to your existing account. For some reason that process is not working smoothly at the moment. Anyway, I've now activated your full membership. Thanks for subscribing and enjoy!

yes, my arena access doesn't work either... Something about not cant get the staff so I'm told ;)
