I see that this Category seems to have gone missing, or has it been moved under another category?

That's right, it's not been stolen - I moved the topics to Open Forum, because the category has been inactive for a couple of years (and hopefully will remain so) and replaced it with the Justice Scrutton Forum. I could reinstate it, if you think it might still be useful.
