Mr site admin, just noticed that the clock image, top left, is correct whilst the analogue time, top right, and also the posting times are an hour different ? :???:

Obviously the home brew is going well.

ps. I submitted this an hour before I thought I would write it.

I've never been very good at timekeeping but the Forum is set to GMT with British Summertime enabled.

While you're logged on go to User Control Panel (top of page).
From the Options field click Board preferences and select the radio button for Summer Time/DST is in effect:

Now you should see the correct time!

The Bryan's Clock, by-the-way, gets the time from your computer - so it will display whatever time your computer is set to.

Clock correct, time wrong on the site

Just a small thing but, whereas the clock at the top of the site shows the correct time, the actual site time shown on the right is wrong during the winter. This means that all posts are timed one hour ahead - just a little confusing, that's all. Otherwise, the best site of its kind in the world, as we all know. !!THUMBSX2!!

Hi coppinpr, click on your User Control Panel at the top, then select Board Preferences in the Options panel on the left, then click 'no' on the right hand list under Summer Time/DST. !OMFG!

Well it worked for me !PUZZLED!

Mr PM or Forum mods, the Forum clock shows the correct time but when I post, the time appears an hour earlier, presumably owing to March time change GMT/BST. A minor point, but how do I correct this?

Write your request on the back of a £20 note and post it to me.

It is a setting you can choose when you login in your setting which time zone you want and only applies once logged in. I think

Golly, I've been living an hour out of sync for 12 years, or it's the lock-down. Yes that's it, must be, can't be anything else - dammit. :dammit:
