Thank you Mr PM for increasing the mail allowence, I am for now able to keep important messages without having to keep thinking which important messages to delete....

Yes, it's funny how all those messages pile up. You know you'll never get around to answering them but just don't have the heart to delete them.
For a clean slate, you can export the lot to your computer as XML files (select "Export as XML" and click Export this view).
