PM stuck in outbox

Yesterday I sent a pm to coppinpr but the message won't leave the outbox. Did I do something wrong? 
It remains in your outbox until Coppinpr reads it.
Andy d also sent Coppinpr a PM a few days ago - I know because I received a mail delivery failure notice from the forum. That means some of his emails are not getting through, so he may not have been notified about the PM you sent (although he should notice it when visiting the forum).
