Videos not playing?

I've had a report of videos not playing correctly (Windows 10, desktop):
When I look at this forum, none of the videos come up as videos, no play button? They are just pics??
Just curious - anyone else got this issue?

i noticed that i could not view Youtube videos through the forum and had to go direct to Youtube to view??
also note eBay are not allowing "active content" in their listings now so my youtube windows are no longer viewable in my eBay listings?
Are the two connected, you tell me???
(windows 7 premium)
