Usually it's locks but no keys
Sally being a very sensible lady, had decided that although her upright piano in the back room was a good shelf for a couple or three Allwins it wasn't perfect. Consequently upon my return from a week in Derby I found myself knee deep in highly polished wood, ivory keys but no locks, and more twingy twangy bits of string you could shake a stick at.
I'm currently trying to extricate the cast frame in order to weigh it in.
Bet they'll curse me on the bus!
Anyhoo a knock on effect of dismantling the joanna was hundreds of bulky felt pads which with a dab of No More Nails allows scratchy bandit bases to sit on nice pieces of furniture without fear of sudden smacks around the back of the head. Woo Hoo!
Look how cool the front room looks now (my turn to claim bragging rights)
As much as I love Wall Machines I still think nothing beats a row of good looking bandits.
The Hi-Top came from Mr P in 1997 ..... Do you recall Mr P?

Nursey .... When you take Mr P's afternoon cocoa up to him, please remind him who he is and ask him if he remembers me buying the blue Hi-Top from him in 1997?
Don't let him panic though it's not important I just wanted to remind him I still owe him the balance.
