Easy Perm

Post by coppinpr »

Just finished this easy perm for a friend, I really like the OW cases with the heavy rounded corners, they always come up so nice.
This machine still had a very old light fitting in the top box. the fitting was in perfect condition but had a couple of inches of 60+ year old fabric covered wiring still attached. A new bit of cable, and a new low voltage bulb (they give a good even light rather than a central hot spot like the old bulbs I think) and it looks good . The ball rails were interesting, when I got it they really looked like they were heavily rusted but it turned out to be many years of grime from years of play, the dirt had, in fact, protected the rails well and they have came up like brand new.

Nice one coppinpr.

Have you noticed the cunning artwork of the characters face - the left eye is a 1, his nose a 2 and the right eye is x, drawing reference to the pools scores 1, 2 and x.
